Seeking new challenges and leveraging my financial reporting expertise, I transitioned from public accounting into the private sector, where I was responsible for the SEC Financial Reporting of a large non-profit health insurance company. During this period, I deepened my experience by leading initial public offerings, streamlining mergers and acquisitions, and implementing internal controls over financial reporting. I continued to hold financial leadership positions at large managed care organizations over the next two decades. 

 

In the healthcare sector, I expanded my expertise to optimize revenue cycles and master the intricacies of contract negotiations. As a CFO, I have demonstrated my ability to lead the financial and operational turnaround of large, financially distressed organizations, whether they continue to operate today or were successfully monetized in an asset sale. My involvement on the Management Team ensured a strategic focus on the financial aspects of these transactions.
